Cultures aren’t static. At the 2018 One Club Creative Summit, we heard three different perspectives — pop, corporate and agency — discuss modern approaches to keeping culture relevant.

In this candid and timely panel session, The Martin Agency's Kristen Cavallo and Danny Robinson unpacked the challenges of changing agency culture under pressure, while Burton Snowboard's Josée Larocque and Red Bull Media House's Perry Fair highlighted the differences between agency and brand culture and how to transition seamlessly from one to the other.
