About the Work

To remain mentally available in a fragmented category, Skittles created a playful print campaign that literally turns a print ad on its head. Each ad depicts a character who looks a little frustrated until you flip it upside down to reveal a happy alter ego who gets the Skittles. The print is running in major pop culture magazines where Skittles can add a bit of artful weirdness to the world. People expect this type of disruption to the predictable in a Skittles ad.
