About the Work
To launch Samsung’s new “Do What youCan’t” tagline, we crafted a story that brought this philosophy to life in a spectacular and unexpected way. It centered around the tech giant’s core philosophy of relentlessly pursuing the impossible, and featured “Faye”–an African ostrich -who was inspired by Samsung's virtual reality technology, to do what others say can’t be done – take flight. It’s a modern-day parable about the power of technology, its ability to inspire, and what’s possible when dreamers refuse to listen to what can’t be done. Create an anthem to launch Do What You Can’t – a belief at the heart of the Samsung company, and a powerful spirit that resides in millennials, across the globe.This generation has one core belief that unites them, they believe in overcoming the impossible barriers, to create progress for themselves and others. Amplify this powerful thought to make others believe in it too.
