About the Work

HOMI: The pediatric oncological hospital believes that cancer does not mean death. At its 120 birthday it keeps doing everything to heal kids from this terrible illness. That is why, for its 120 birthday, we asked kids with cancer, what does cancer mean. Their answers were naive; they didn’t talk about death. Those answers became illustrated posters that we created and shared with all patients and their families at the hospital, so they could have some hope. OBJECTIVE To send a message of hope to kids that suffer from this terrible illness and their families. STRATEGY To change people’s perception of cancer with kids’ innocence.
