About the Work
The Covid-19 pandemic has forced everyone to adopt new measures of safety. This is an awareness campaign to alert consumers to the life-threatening aspect of the disease and the need to commit to hygiene to protect each other.
Instead of using computer 3D, we've took the time to build a real set and 13 seven inches puppets/rats and dozens of tiny props. Each puppet had an armature inside it, enabling flexible movement. The photography was made in ONE SHOT, with NO PHOTOSHOP, creating an ambience to resemble the traditional "last super" scence. The art direction and the light was inspired by old renaissance paintings.
