Phobias Zine

The objective of this project was to create a short 8 page zine about 12 phobias chosen by the designer that includes illustrations and the definition of the phobia. The final size for the zine is 5.5 x 8.5 for easier distribution. There are many phobias that people don’t know about, this zine contains a few to inform people on. It's intended to be distributed to people of all genders, college students, millennials and people interested in learning a little about phobias. The solution was creating the zine in black and white which complements the idea of phobias, it helps create a sense of fear. The sketchy, rough illustrations create an unsettling feeling. The monotone theme creates a bigger contrast and impact for the chromophobia spread that’s in full color.
