The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, known as Rock Hall, not only honors music legends but also strives to inspire new greatness. Situated in Cleveland, Ohio, Rock Hall includes a museum with exhibitions and memorabilia, and annually inducts megastars into its coveted hall of fame. Recognizing the need to stay relevant and engage younger audiences, Rock Hall partnered with Base Design to revamp its image, embodying the spirit of originality, boldness, and dynamism. Base crafted the new identity, featuring a custom-designed typeface in its logo that reacts to audio cues with reverberating letterforms. Maintaining an eternally cool tone, the visuals blend an Acid House palette with iconic imagery, showcased nationally at the 2023 Induction Ceremony on Disney+. Rock Hall's new era embraces all genres, celebrating artists that resonate across ages, ensuring Rock & Roll remains both contemporary and timeless.
