CAO celebrates its 10th anniversary. CAO is Portugal's premier institution for contemporary and outsider art, hosting two remarkable collections: the Norlinda and José Lima Collection of Modern and Contemporary Art, and Treger/Saint Silvestre Collection of Outsider/Brut Art. The posters aim to encapsulate CAO's essence, symbolizing '10' in ten unique interpretations. We endeavoured to fortify the brand, imprinting it as a profound emblem under which various tiers of complexity thrived and having as a reference outsider and contemporary Art designing the number 10 with complex elements that reenforces multiple readings all valid. Some are more defined other less this ambiguity and variety translated both colections and directors vission for the Art Center. The backdrop of many posters showcased the list of artists from both collections as an homage to artist and collecteurs. This experimental approach serving as a catalyst to engage audiences situated in major cities to come and visit CAO.
