Working together with printers and die-cutters to develop new sticker-sheets, one purpose behind these experimental works was to improve printing technologies. Were exhibited at Tokyo?s Ginza Graphic Gallery in 2012, and sold as sticker-sheets. To be peeled, affixed and spread into society, the concept behind making the works in sticker form points to a certain irony, with a correlation to living matter whereby, like the law of entropy, humans and other living creatures mix and spread, moving further and further toward perdition /chaos. As the pieces are used as stickers, the sense of disintegration becomes more and more apparent. Selecting from old photos I had found or taken, in order to visualize my concept I chose images with an affinity for the above themes. Another distinctive feature is their minimal approach, each dots were designed as totally simple. The works were designed by placing designed dots over pixelized photographs.
