About the Work
Swann Insurance is Australia’s leading specialist motorcycle insurer. With riders only getting on their bikes twice a month, Swann wanted to give them another reason to ride. Turning an everyday errand into an epic adventure, Inconvenience Stores opened across the country. They were stocked with Swann’s own brand of Inconvenient Products (milk, chocolate and toilet paper). A TVC announced the opening of the stores, and online maps and outdoor showed riders the way. With Social and PR (radio interviews/press) magnifying the message, riders soon took to the road. Each product was free for riders and offered an insurance discount. Results: -Leads up 23% -Online engagement up 284% -ROI of $7.14 (per campaign dollar spent) -Revenue up 52.6% YOY
