About the Work
The current campaign for TWIX positions Left TWIX and Right TWIX as rival products with rival factories who have been forced to share the same pack - even though their two products are “completely different.” (While in real life, they are identically the same.) 2016 marked the first time in which the two “rival” sides were given their own packaging. So now customers can buy packs containing two Left TWIX or two Right TWIX, instead of one of each in the pack. In a funeral home, an undertaker and a mortician, a janitor and a custodian and a ghost and a spirit all laugh at the absurd notion that Left and Right TWIX are the same, by offering themselves up as examples of two similar things that couldn't be more different, but the viewer knows they are in fact, the same thing and it's just a matter of semantics.
