About the Work
Despite making recent progress, the auto industry remains heavily male dominated. So to inspire the next generation of drivers, we released a film during Women’s History Month telling the story of Ewy Rosqvist, the first woman to enter and win a long distance car rally. After releasing a film, we then partnered with Mattel to turn her championship Mercedes-Benz into a Matchbox toy for girls. Over 450k units of the car are on sale in 40 countries. They were also donated to 50,000 girls & boys in the USA, and Ewy’s story has now been turned into a program taught in 26 states.
