"BLOT" is based on the story of a reformed man, revealing the various difficulties and challenges he faces in reintegrating into society. The film follows a man named A-Chen who, in his youth, was a habitual thief and later underwent a transformation during his incarceration.
Upon completing his sentence, he endeavors to reintegrate into society, but as a reformed individual, A-Chen finds himself rejected by the public.
The stigma associated with his past not only subjects him to scrutiny and prejudice but also creates barriers that prevent him from finding acceptance and starting anew. Despite his determination to change, he struggles to navigate a world that refuses to forgive his past mistakes.
