Visa Letter FAQ
An advisory opinion letter is a formal statement provided by a recognized professional organization, industry authority, or expert in a specific field. It offers expert validation of a foreign national’s qualifications, achievements, and professional reputation to support a U.S. immigration petition, such as those for O-1 or EB-1 visas. The letter is used by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to help determine whether the applicant meets the standards of extraordinary ability or exceptional merit required for certain visa categories.
Only Members of The One Club for Creativity are eligible for visa letters. If you are not yet a member, you can become an individual member as you request your visa letter by selecting the appropriate level here.
We write letters for professionals in advertising, design, PR and Marketing, but can always confirm based on your CV/Title. We will need to review your CV and portfolio/website before agreeing to provide the advisory opinion letter.
