DEADLINE TO APPLY: TUESDAY, APRIL 22

The Creative Boot Camp is returning to Los Angeles this year for its first in-person session in four years. Taking place from May 6th to May 13th, this seven-day intensive workshop is designed to support diverse rising creatives and provides an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in advertising.

Over the past few years, Team One has partnered with the program to deliver virtual boot camps. This year, however, we’re thrilled to bring the program to life in person. Participants will collaborate in teams to tackle a real client brief and develop a full advertising campaign, gaining invaluable industry insights along the way.

On the final day, each team will pitch their campaign to a panel of top agency professionals and brand stakeholders. All participants will earn certificates of completion and the winning team will also receive an exclusive opportunity to interview for an internship with Team One.

TUESDAY, MAY 6  — CBC KICKOFF (IN PERSON)

MANDATORY ATTENDANCE FOR ALL

  • Check-In/Arrival

  • Program Overview & Expectations

  • Agency Slideshow & Brief Presentation

  • Team Assignments

 

WEDNESDAY, MAY 7 - THURSDAY, MAY 8 — GROUP WORK (IN-PERSON)

  • Bootcampers will meet in groups based on their mentor's availability.

 

FRIDAY, MAY 9 - SUNDAY, MAY 11 — INDEPENDENT WORK

  • Bootcampers will be responsible for meeting with their teammates.

 

MONDAY, MAY 12 — REHEARSALS 

  • Final presentations are due

  • Bootcampers will prepare for presentations

 

TUESDAY, MAY 13 — CBC FINALS (IN-PERSON)

MANDATORY ATTENDANCE FOR ALL

  • Check-In/Arrival

  • Presentations ogram Overview & Expectations

  • Judges Deliberation/Break

  • Winners Announced
