Team One (Virtual) 2023 / April 12 - 19, 2023

Team One one has returned to host another all-virtual Creative Boot Camp! The weeklong event will take place online from Wednesday, April 12th to Wednesday, April 19th. During the workshop, attendees will be broken into groups to work on a client brief and produce a full advertising campaign.

The Boot Camp is designed for Black students and recent graduates, but all genders, schools, and areas of the US are encouraged to apply. On the final day of the boot camp, each team will pitch their ideas to a panel of judges made up of top agency professionals and brand stakeholders. The winning group will receive an internship with Team One!

Make no mistake: just because it’s virtual doesn’t mean it’s any less intense. Regardless of time zone, participants will have seven business days to engage with their team members to prepare and present their ideas.

The tentative schedule for the week is as follows:

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 12 (MANDATORY FOR ALL BOOT CAMPERS)

THURSDAY, APRIL 13 THROUGH MONDAY, APRIL 17 (INDEPENDENT GROUP WORK)

• Boot Campers Work Independently & Meet With Mentors
• Final Presentations are due

TUESDAY, APRIL 18 (MANDATORY FOR ALL BOOT CAMPERS)

• Presentation Day 1

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19 (MANDATORY FOR ALL BOOT CAMPERS)
