Arapahoe Basin Ski Area is elevating their on-mountain dining options and needed two new brands that leveled up to the new restaurant offerings. Located at 12,456 feet at the summit of A-Basin, il Rifugio at Snow Plume is the highest-elevation restaurant in North America. Following an extensive renovation, this European-style bistro is bigger and better than before. The sign design takes inspiration from the charcuterie boards featured on the menu. And Steilhang Hut, a German-Style pub with stunning views of the East Wall and Continental Divide, is Arapahoe Basin's newest on-mountain restaurant. This sign design takes inspiration from classic german beer labels and celebrates the venue’s bavarian fare. We developed the new identities and exterior signage for both establishments, crafting a mountain-chique vibe for A-Basin’s unique dining options.
