Dazzle Jazz Club recently moved to a new space in the Denver Performing Arts Complex, creating the perfect opportunity to embrace a new brand identity and to design the ideal listening room. Influenced by the evolutionary jazz art form, its historic importance, and its ability to connect a diverse community, ArtHouse Design crafted a one-of-a kind brand identity for Dazzle. The new brand is designed to blend the rich history of the Jazz Club with a contemporary appeal that resonates with both established musicians and a younger audience. The final logo-mark is a vintage inspired, abstract visual representation of sound in a chromatic palette, evocative of sound waves.
From choosing paint colors to designing graphics on acoustic wall tiles, ArtHouse thoughtfully integrated the brand elements throughout the space. The logo's rippling sound waves are brought to life as large, color kinetic illuminated rings designed to create a mesmerizing visual spectacle from every angle. The illuminated sound waves serve as a captivating backdrop for the musicians on stage, highlighting their performances with ever-changing lighting. The dynamic interplay of color in motion and the diverse genre of jazz music creates an unparalleled live music experience. The stage design has swiftly become an emblem of Dazzle Jazz, prominently featured in photos taken by performers, listeners and the press, spotlighting the vibrancy and transformation of the club.
Dazzle’s new space delivers a cohesive and integrated experience that pays homage to the Jazz Club's history while connecting with a new generation of musicians and listeners—fostering a sense of community through music.
