Two years after rolling out our original Winning Country TV spot, we returned to “the place dreamer’s know” to find an old friend waiting to tell us about a new draw day for the game. Leaning into the shared cultural capital of Colorado in the late 1970s, and parodying the can-do feel good, product forward ads of this era, we tapped into the optimism inherent in buying a Lottery ticket and hammered home this important new game update.
