In the process of always helping others, we lose track of ourselves. We pretend that everything’s okay, & put on a brave face for the sake of everyone else. Massage Envy wants you to know there’s no shame in self-care. So take a pause, shut out the world, & for once put ME First.


ACTIVATIONS:
Check in With ME- To visualize all the rigid, rough, tense feelings from not taking care of ourselves, we’ll create out-of-home to literally get in touch with our stress.

Get ME Off Social- Social Media is all about putting on a false persona, only focusing on the good. Massage Envy is leading the charge by going dark on all social platforms in the name of self care.

ME points- After leaving social media, all future content will be found on the newly refreshed Massage Envy app. Users can schedule appointments, create a self-care calendar, & participate in rotating daily objects to gamify self-care, as a way to use your phone dopamine addiction for good. Upon completing these objectives, we’ll create a point system to redeem in-store discounts & home care kits.

Self Care Sunday- Whatever happened to Sunday being a day of rest? Massage Envy is taking back Sunday in preparation for the week ahead. Take the day off to focus on yourself. ME points are worth double along with special in-store promotions.
