Client of the Year is awarded to the Client Holding Company whose brands have garnered the most points overall for winning entries (Pencils, Merits, Special Awards).

In order to receive points for the Client rankings, a credited client must meet the following:
- Client must have a brand credited under the Client / Brand listing on the specific award win.
When multiple clients meet the above requirements on the same award win, the points for that win are equally divided among those clients.
MULTIPLE AWARDS WITHIN DISCIPLINES
If the same piece of work won multiple awards within a single Discipline or in multiple Disciplines, the points for all award wins were counted towards the rankings.
