Fast food, instant messaging, bullet trains?the developed world has no shortage of speed. But like any trend, there will always be people who gravitate to the opposite. Having 120Gb of digital music in your pocket is great, but we?ll always have a soft spot for the sharp crackle and warm purr of a classic vinyl album played front to back at 33 RPM.
These iPod-lookalike posters, under closer inspection, were actually classic album covers and vinyl, and went up in December at a number of Calgary locations to remind people that Recordland is still one of the world?s biggest resources for vinyl albums and hard to find music.
