About the Work
As part of their imminent arrival in South Africa, Umbro needed something that would create hype around their new stores. Something that would let the public know that Umbro was about to open.
Instead of the usual ?coming soon? poster in the window, we took the typical movers boxes and reshaped them into letters. These were placed in the window front to spell out the message ?We are moving in. Come and See. Open Dec 2009?.
This fun display attracted the attention of passers by and even led to some pre-opening sales.
