Loyal customers who pledged to only eat steak at Smith & Wollensky were rewarded with the chance to have their name replace "Smith" in the restaurant's name for a day. Every day for 30 days we changed the names on everything in the restaurant, the signs, napkins, steak knives, matches, even the waiters' jackets.
