About the Work

The brief was to create a visual experience for the Japanese music TV channel Space Shower TV's "MUSIC SAVES TOMORROW" campaign.
From the tagline "Music Saves Tomorrow", we first thought of using "children" who are the seeds of tomorrow. We took this initial idea one step further, and decided to use "sperms" which are the preliminary phase of children. We actually filmed the sperms of the entire creative staff using a biological microscope, and extracted its shapes and motion data to create the realistic animation.
SPERM VISUALIZER is a campaign website which allows user to visualize the music of their choice with dancing sperms.
Users can search their favorite music on VIMEO, and have the sperms dance to it like "mass game". A unique URL will be generated for each music, and can be shared via Twitter.
