About the Work
Copic makes the highest quality markers in the world. Developed for—and widely adopted by—the Japanese manga industry, Copic markers are ideal for all styles of art, design, illustration, and crafts, and are now preferred by everyone from professionals to art students. Designed for a lifetime of use, you only need to buy a Copic marker once. Our idea was to use illustrations to emphasize the style and versatility of the dual tips. Using hand-drawn “thick” characters holding very “fine” objects, we cleverly showcased the creative potential by demonstrating how much you can do with just one pen and two kinds of lines. By solely using the markers on the posters, we created a form of product demo.
