About the Work
International plane tickets purchased with Visa Infinite automatically include lost baggage insurance. The problem is that most clients don’t know about this benefit. In order to publicise it, we created a campaign that takes a minimalist approach to visualising a common problem in international airports: bags being sent to a different destination than their owners. Each ad features two graphically similar flags. The flag in the background always refers to the passenger’s destination, while the other shows where the bag wound up.
