About the Work

Holland Casino believes there is a player in everyone. To prove this outside of a casino setting, and to show that Holland Casino is the one and only casino, we brought a unique and modern event to the streets of Amsterdam: Tram Roulette! Tram Roulette was the first real life outdoor casino experience that could be played on the spot, as well as through Facebook Live – a first for The Netherlands. Through the Facebook Live feed of the tram stop converted in a Holland Casino roulette experience, viewers could participate in the game in the comments. Via live comments in the feed, an online community croupier inspired and guided participants and awarded prizes to lucky winners. We also made a compilation movie of the event for all to see and share afterwards, but the real innovative social aspect of the idea was turning Facebook Live into an interactive game experience.
