“Breaking2” is a National Geographic feature length documentary about Nike's ambitious “moonshot” attempt to break the two-hour marathon barrier. The film introduces viewers to the enormity & scale of Nike's challenge: to see if they could find the best runners, identify ideal conditions and create a running shoe that could accomplish the seemingly impossible. “Breaking2” gave audiences an understanding of the depth of research and science behind this attempt, as well as less quantifiable components - the heart and the mind.
