About the Work

Johnson & Johnson is working to address the nursing shortage in the U.S. by recruiting new nurses and empowering nurses already in the profession. The film takes viewers on a journey through history to discover some of the most significant–and sadly overlooked–medical innovations created by nurses. To date, the film has received 216 million Paid Media Impressions and 143 million Earned Media Impressions, and resulted in 3 million pageviews of the new Johnson & Johnson Nursing Website.
