About the Work

‘Iconic Stacks’ aims to highlight the power of McDonald’s iconic products with a series of minimalist ads that despite featuring no logo, no images and no brand cues, are easily recognisable to customers. Each execution features one of McDonald’s core sandwiches (Big Mac, Sausage & Egg McMuffin, Fillet-o-Fish) represented as just a simple list of ingredients. The redacted and graphic nature of this exudes the confidence McDonald's and its iconic products deserve. The campaign ran in high dwell time out of home sites and national press, supported by animated mobile executions that linked directly through to purchase.
