About the Work
During the first year as a proper in-house agency, the team at H&M managed to spark a global conversation around a textile-innovation launch happening in just one single store. By giving the innovation a name, Looop, the H&M creative team laid the foundation for developing "loooping" into a verb; the act of recycling and remaking instead of throwing away. External parties were involved in terms of creative input, but it was H&M's in-house team who developed the entire flow and direction of the campaign.
