About the Work
Covenant House is a shelter for street kids. This self addressed direct mail piece was created to encourage people to donate and help get kids off the street. The envelope was originally mailed with the flap open and a visual of a kid on the street was visible. Once the donation is placed in the envelope and sealed, the image on the outer flap is exactly the same, only there is no longer a child on it, reinforcing the message that their donation just helped get a kid off the street.
