As CEO of FIG, Judith has commercial and operational responsibility for the agency and all its disciplines. She spends the majority of her time with clients and ensuring FIG scales in line with the agency’s ambition.

With 32 years in ad agency management and client services, Rebecca is skilled at strategic planning, fostering collaborative client relationships, and growing brands. At North she spearheads direction for the agency and guides branding and communications strategies for clients. Previously she worked at Cole & Weber as managing director. During her tenure she presided over fruitful collaborations with Nike, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Boeing, among others.
Mark RayCo-founder & CCO, North
Mark cut his teeth in design in the Midwest as an art director and creative director on national and global brands including Jack Daniel’s, Volkswagen, Anheuser Busch, among many others. In 1999, he was named executive creative director and managing partner at Arnold Worldwide. There he helped manage a national agency network, and craft global brand campaigns, for Fortune 50 clients and mass audiences. In 2006, Mark took the leap to Portland, OR, to found North, where he leads all creative strategy and development.
