Nadja Timea Scherrer

Partner and Global Strategist at plus305

Nadja Timea Scherrer is a Partner and Global Strategist at plus305, a social impact creative boutique located in Miami, Madrid, and Zurich. She is from Switzerland, and she holds an MA in Intercultural Communication. She speaks six languages and has lived in many different countries. Nadja left the corporate world to become an entrepreneur after she climbed the ladder all the way up in Silicon Valley, where she worked for Apple on Transcultural Marketing Projects. In June 2018, she started the Global Impact Women's Network Sisterhood Tribes, a safe space where women can support each other in business and life. Nadja is also a board member of the Casimiro Global Foundation for Youth Empowerment, and she serves on the committee for the Gala of the Voices for Children Foundation.

Natalia Dávila

Director of Strategy at TEAM Enterprises

Natalia heads up TEAM’s growing strategy department, leading the charge of leveraging research and insights to achieve complex business and brand solutions. She helps guide the creative process, move brands forward, and connect with consumers. With a background in branding, media, and communications strategy, Natalia has been influencing culture since her time at Crispin Porter + Bogusky. She has led thinking on brand launches, product innovation, and global campaigns for a range of clients from startups to Fortune 500s. She specializes in blending human and business insights to build brands that are cultural and industry disruptors.

Sanne Martens

Senior User Experience Designer at Publicis Sapient

Originally from Holland, Sanne Martens is a Senior User Experience Designer with Engineering and Architecture degrees from the prestigious Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. She was responsible for envisioning the next generation of mobile devices for LG as an exchange student at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. Sanne conducted her final thesis for Sony Ericsson in Sweden, focusing on the optimization of mobile devices to engage the female end-user. Over the last decade, Sanne has built her career navigating experiences for international brands such as Motorola Mobility (UK), Orange (UK), and Motorola Solutions (USA). Most recently, she took on a new role at Publicis Sapient, where she advises her clients on aspects of User Experience related to website and app design.

Annette Arango

Global Head of Marketing and Product Development at Azamara Club Cruises

Annette Arango has worked in the Marketing and Advertising industry for over 17 years. Annette started her client-side career at Royal Caribbean International, where she’s currently the Global Head of Marketing and Product Development at Azamara Club Cruises, one of the company’s luxury sister lines. Before joining the client side, Annette was formerly an Art Director by trade in the advertising industry, where she worked on general market and bilingual brand campaigns for clients like Nintendo, Hallmark, Tenet Hospitals, and the Florida Marlins (now the Miami Marlins), among others. She has a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Miami, a postgraduate degree from Miami Ad School with a specialty in Art Direction, and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

Grizelle De Los Reyes

Graduate Director of Global Strategic Communications at Florida International University

Grizelle De Los Reyes, (MA), is an advertising professional with more than 30 years of strategic marketing communications and research experience. De Los Reyes has held management positions throughout the U.S., the Caribbean, and Latin America at media companies and advertising agencies that include Univision, Starmedia, and JWT, among others. Grizelle is currently a full-time faculty member at the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Florida International University, where she is also the Director of the Global Strategic Communications Creative Track (art direction and copywriting), the joint program with the world-renowned Miami Ad School.

Mari Garcia

Partner at Imagen The Marketing Agency

Originally from Madrid, Spain, Mari J. Garcia has been a fixture in the Miami advertising scene for 25 years. She is a co-owner of Imagen The Marketing Agency, a full-service advertising agency in Coral Gables, Florida, where she heads up consumer research, strategic planning, and digital advertising for accounts such as Dux Crackers, Ocean Bank, Estrella Insurance, Simply Healthcare, and Actors’ Playhouse, among others. Throughout her career, Mari has worn many hats, including creative development, broadcast production, new business development, media planning, and account management. She has a BA from Princeton University in French Literature and an MS in Advertising from the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.

Master of Ceremonies. Founder and President of Redline Media Group

Tommie is the Founder and President of Redline Media Group, an award-winning, full-service creative, marketing, and advertising agency that provides services globally in 74 countries. She launched the agency in 2003, keeping in mind the importance of communication, quality service, professionalism, consistency, and making a positive impact. Tommie exemplifies the true meaning of hard work, as she dedicated nearly 30 years to serving the Seminole Tribe of Florida in many capacities. Tommie holds a Law Degree from Nova Southeastern University, and she is often requested to serve as a Keynote Speaker for many organizations because of her impactful story and delivery.
