Jose Benitez

COO & Digital Director at Arbol

With 25 years in digital media, advertising, and marketing, Jose has built a career that spans from local campaigns to significant global brand initiatives. His work has been recognized with multiple awards, and a Facebook Business case study highlights his achievements. Jose is also dedicated to education, teaching at institutions like Miami Ad School and sharing his practical, results-oriented approach developed through experience with brands like Bayer and Nickelodeon.

Femi Corazon

EVP, Executive Creative Director at Rescue

Femi is a seasoned creative executive with extensive experience in brand and creative strategy spanning various notable positions. Currently serving as the EVP and Executive Creative Director at Rescue | The Behavior Change Agency, Femi prioritizes fostering a dynamic and impactful creative culture. Previous roles include Vice President of Brand Creative Strategy at NBCUniversal and Head of Brand and Creative Strategy at Little Dot Studios Americas. Femi has demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, guiding creative execution for global campaigns, and cultivating partnerships within the marketing community through involvement with Sunday Dinner Community. An alumnus of California College of the Arts with an MBA, and Iowa State University, holding advanced degrees in Graphic Design, English, Anthropology, and Journalism. Femi also possesses a strong foundation in user experience design from earlier positions at BBDO Worldwide and Omnicom.

Joe Kang

Manager, Creative Project Manager at Delta

Manager Creative Project Management at Delta who is actively involved in the community with mentorship programs and networking within the artistic and advertising industries. He also leads the DEI Cultural Events Committee for Delta's Diversity and Inclusion employee network and Recognition Team Culture Subcommittee. His guilty pleasures are music, film, sports, cooking, food, fashion, retro sneakers, and dogs. His super power is interpersonal communication that allows him to tap into his inner parent, coach, babysitter, and psychologist to manage clients, music artists, and creative marketing teams. The vast array of management experience that he possesses helps him communicate in a professional and efficient manner with all types of personalities that instills trust, pulls a team together, drive consensus, and calm people down, which is vital to long term working relationships. He finds inspiration in other creatives and bringing like-minded people together to make cool things happen.

Justin Kramm

Founder & Global Shit Stirrer at Shit Show Creative

Justin is a Creative Director and advertising copywriter with over 15 years of experience, dating back to 2004. He holds a master's degree in International Business from the University of Florida and is a graduate of Miami Ad School's portfolio program. Throughout his career, Justin has developed global campaigns for iconic brands such as Nike, Red Bull, Philips, Intel, and Microsoft, and he has been recognized with a Grand Prix award from the Cannes Advertising Festival. He has worked in Spain, Italy, and the Czech Republic.

Alejandro Largo

Head of Brand Design at Sense

Alejo Largo is a hands-on brand & marketing design leader who loves to build—not just brands and digital products, but the teams and systems that make great work possible. With a background in graphic design and 15 years of experience working across agencies, tech startups and Fortune 500 companies, he focuses on breaking silos by bringing together different perspectives, fostering deep listening, and creating spaces where people feel supported and empowered to push their thinking. Currently, he leads brand and creative at Sense, a climatetech startup poised to reduce global carbon emissions. Before that, he shaped the early design direction at luggage brand Away, worked on a variety of projects for Google while at Huge, and spearheaded the rebrand of social media pioneer Hootsuite.
