Marcela Agreda

Copywriter (recent graduate) PRESENTER

Marcela is a Salvadorian author and copywriter who grew up in Puerto Rico. She’s always had a passion for writing and storytelling, and has turned it into her career. She has a Master of Science in Mass Communications (Copywriting) from Florida International University (2025; magna cum laude), through a joint program with Miami Ad School’s Portfolio Program (Copywriting track). She earned her B.A. in Humanities & English from Harvard University (2021; cum laude). She has 10+ years of writing experience, including 7+ years of academic writing and 3+ years of professional writing. In 2016, she self-published her first book “Diary of a Wolf”, which was incorporated into the English curriculum of a bilingual all-girls school in El Salvador (until 2020). She’s authored & published several articles & blogs, and continues writing books for future publishing. Currently, she’s a Junior Copywriter at Ogilvy Miami, & working hard to stand out in the industry.

Rene Alvarez

Strategist at Datadu

Rene is a Digital Strategist whose work spans from music and education to politics, B2B and retail. He has worked with some of the US's top brands, including Macy's, LexisNexis and Kaplan, as well as local Miami icons the Miami Herald, Miami Children's Museum and the Citadel Food Hall. Focused on data analysis and storytelling to solve marketing challenges, he is skilled at driving positive results for businesses, organizations and personal brands of all sizes. Rene is also a TEDx Organizer and educator building communities around cool ideas.

Ivan Burguete

Freelance ACD/ART MULTICULTURAL

Ivan is an Associate Creative Director / Creative Director (Art) who champions the belief that every powerful idea begins with a blank page and the courage to fill it. Over the last decade, he has transformed those pages into award-winning campaigns for McDonald’s, Publix, Kroger, Oreo, and Syfy. His experience spans TV spots, social-first content, and impactful multicultural work. Burguete’s core focus is not just selling products, but building stories that make people laugh, think, or feel a little less alone, proving that patience and improvisation are as vital as any creative brief.

Ana Conte

Strategist (recent graduate) PRESENTER

Ana is a bilingual social media strategist and storyteller dedicated to helping brands build authentic, lasting connections with their audiences. She holds a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication from Florida International University and Miami Ad School and currently leads Social Media and Strategy at ANTHO, a creative agency she co-founded with two fellow Miami Ad alumni. With experience across Brazil and the United States, Ana combines creativity and strategic insight to craft compelling narratives and shape cohesive brand voices. Her background in journalism and data analysis allows her to balance storytelling with structure, ensuring that every project is both meaningful and effective.

Chany D'Amelio

CCO & Partner at Archer Troy Miami

Chany is an Executive Creative Director from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Actual partner and CCO at Archer Troy Miami and leader at Circulo Creativo Miami, US.
He has won more than 40 international awards. In the 2015 Cannes Edition he won 7 Cannes Lions, including 1 Titanium and 3 Golds. And in the same year he won 6 Clios including 2 Golds. During his career, Chany has worked for some of the world's most recognized brands, including Coca-Cola, Samsung, FIAT, McDonald's, Walmart, and Volkswagen, and has held C-roles at top agencies such as Ogilvy and Leo Burnett.

Kasey DeMarr

Talent Manager at alma PRESENTER

Kasey supports HR operations across DDB North America. With over six years of experience in the advertising industry, a creative background, and a passion for people, she loves helping emerging talent navigate their path into the industry — from building portfolios to making connections that lead to opportunities. Outside of work, you can find her growing her plant collection, crocheting, or relaxing at the beach.

Pilar Ensenat

Senior Integrated Producer at The Community

Pilar began her career in New York City as a production assistant in film and television. Over the years, she’s has worked in all facets of production – from scripted television to digital media. Today, Pilar is a senior integrated producer at The Community, working with major brands like Verizon. Pilar was born and raised in Miami with her very loud Cuban family. Monica Godoy

Social Media Content Director|Creative at The Community

Monica transitioned into the world of advertising through a passion for writing, leveraging her background as a journalist. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked both agency-side and client-side, holding diverse roles as a marketing manager, copywriter, producer, and creative director. Her early career in journalism—which included researching special reports globally and being mentored by figures like Gabriel García Márquez—provided a strong foundation in storytelling. Since then, Monica has specialized in crafting campaigns and content targeting U.S. Hispanic and Latin American audiences. She currently serves as Creative Director for Porsche Latin America at The Community.

Nidal Koteich

Freelancer Sr. Art Director & Game Designer

Nidal is a creative powerhouse blending the roles of Art Director and Game Designer in Miami, FL. Originally from Venezuela, he has a deep passion for compelling storytelling and world-building. Nidal led high-impact advertising campaigns for major clients like Ford, Chase Bank, and HBO Max. He now channels that design expertise and strategic thinking into his game development work. He is the lead creator of Soulbound, an original video game IP set in a dark and beautiful “cathedralpunk” world. Nidal’s work seamlessly fuses the visual demands of advertising with the deep narrative requirements of gaming.

Manshu Liu

Art Direction (recent graduate) PRESENTER

Manshu recently graduated from the Creative Track of the Mass Communication master’s program at Florida International University in partnership with Miami Ad School. As an Art Director, she has developed concept campaigns and projects for brands including the Olympics, Duolingo, Heinz, Dove, Depop, and Play-Doh, exploring innovative storytelling across different industries and media. Originally from China, Manshu brings a cross-cultural perspective to every project, combining empathy with design craft to connect global ideas with local communities. Beyond brand projects, she is passionate about photography, video production, and experimental installations that merge creativity with social impact. After completing an internship at Ogilvy Miami, she is now collaborating with talented partners on building a new creative venture. She believes the smallest details can spark the greatest ideas―and uses creativity and empathy to amplify them into meaningful stories that inspire connection.

Aaron Martin

Strategy Director at RYWRTE

Aaron is a strategic marketing leader with 12+ years of experience helping brands show up smarter, braver, and more human. His journey spans a variety of industries such as CPG, fintech, tourism, and more — uniting cultural insight, creative bravery, and commercial impact. He has built strategy departments, drove organic & new business growth, and launched campaigns that have changed the trajectories of rebellious brands. He thrives at the intersection of data and instinct, creative disruption and grounded insight. He has led hybrid teams, expanded capabilities, and authored trend reports that guided multimillion-dollar decisions. His approach to strategy is simple — erase the baggage holding rebellious brands back to rewrite new rules going forward.

Luis Alejandro Martinez

Sr Art Director at Dieste

Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Luis Alejandro has been building ideas and telling stories through design and advertising for the past eight years. After graduating from Miami Ad School, he joined Alma DDB in Miami, where he collaborated with global brands like Pepsi, McDonald’s, and Coors. His work has been recognized at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, where he won the U.S. Young Lions Film competition two years in a row. As a Senior Art Director, he combines his Latin American roots with his experience in the U.S. market to create culturally relevant work that connects with diverse audiences. He is passionate about branding, design, and storytelling, and always looking for fresh ways to push creativity forward.

Andreas Mingorance

Founder & Chief Creative Officer at Formula

Andreas is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Formula, a Miami-based creative agency specializing in luxury real estate developments. In his time there, he has spearheaded branding, marketing, and content for many of South Florida's top luxury pre construction projects, as well as build out a regional content studio for Compass, America's largest real estate brokerage. When not managing creative operations at Formula, he also serves as the Chief Creative Officer at Luminary Visuals, one of Miami's foremost production companies with a clientele that includes Nike, Hilton, Zumba, and many other world-class brands.

Alex Ohannessian

Freelance Creative Director

Alex is a Global Creative Director with extensive multicultural experience, spanning both the US and Asia. Originally born and raised in Uruguay, Alex brings a diverse perspective to his work on global-to-local clients. His portfolio showcases his creative leadership and vision, reflecting his journey and expertise in the creative industry. He describes his presence as "feeling lucky" to be where he is now.

Albena Petrus

President at OneClubMia|Lecturer at FIU (PRESENTER)

Albena Petrus is an enthusiastic creative director with a strong design background and a producer's soul. Fueled by a passion for global cultures, she has a knack for innovative ideas and strategic clarity. Having transitioned from the agency world to the classroom, her unique perspective is informed by global experiences in her multicultural upbringing and degrees from Havana, NYC, and Barcelona (in progress). Petrus is deeply involved in the local creative community and actively leads as president of The One Club for Creativity - Miami chapter. She has been organizing portfolio reviews since 2010.

George Quiroz

George is an award-winning, bilingual integrated advertising executive with 14 years of agency expertise leading and growing top global brands like Budweiser, Burger King, Ford, and Turkish Airlines. He specializes in Account Leadership, Brand Strategy, and Campaign Execution, consistently delivering breakthrough marketing communications across owned, paid, and earned media channels.
His experience spans key categories including CPG, QSR, beer, and travel, successfully leading teams of 25+ to retain and grow books of business. A Miami native and NYC-enhanced professional, he is passionate about creating the next culture-driven campaign.

Ingrid Ramos

Copywriter at GSD&M (Omnicom)

Ingrid is a Peruvian Creative Copywriter currently based in Chicago, USA. Her work has earned recognition at Cannes Lions, The One Show, London International Awards, El Sol Festival, Ojo de Iberoamérica, LUX Awards, and Effie Awards. From 2020 to 2022, she taught the Creative Advertising Writing Course at her alma mater, UPC (Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas). In 2021, she moved to New York to pursue a Master’s in Branding + Integrated Communications at The City College of New York, while working at D Exposito & Partners on the Tajín account for the Hispanic market. She later joined Conill Saatchi & Saatchi in Los Angeles to work on Toyota, before moving to Chicago in 2024 to work at Leo Burnett on Kellogg’s and Walgreens. She currently works at GSD&M, part of Omnicom.

Carlos Roncajolo

Co-Founder/Consultant at NOBODY, Top Healthcare Marketing

Carlos has spent nearly 17 years in advertising and marketing, beginning in the DC metro area during social media’s early days. He's literally seen it all from infancy to current form. A lifelong motorsports enthusiast, he transitioned from racing to marketing within the industry, working with brands in Formula 1, NASCAR, and IndyCar, as well as TAG Heuer and Samsung. He's currently a consultant and works with two different Formula 1 teams. A Creative Strategist at heart, he taught at Miami Ad School for 10 years and helped in launching its first social media strategy curriculum. Before NOBODY, he was VP of Experience Strategy at Zimmerman, overseeing a team of 30+ and managing 15+ clients. He's the co-founder of Top Healthcare Marketing, a performance marketing portfolio company that operates ChiropracticMarketing.com and Boost Dentistry - helping practice owners with new patient acquisition with over 30 clients nationwide.

Marlon is a Creative Director with over a decade of experience in the gaming industry. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to conceptualize and lead innovative projects, shaping engaging gaming experiences that resonate with audiences. His expertise spans creative direction, game design, and visual storytelling, making him a valuable asset in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
