Description
This was a poster created for Amaya Hospital. The purpose was to spread awareness about Alzheimer's Disease (a degenerative brain disease that causes people to gradually lose their memory). The visual shows a middle-aged Superman. On taking a closer look, one will realize that Superman has forgotten to wear his underpants! This is suggestive of the fact that anybody above middle-age is at risk of suffering from Alzheimer's Disease. Including Superman.
Objective
The business objective was to make people more aware of Alzheimer's Disease and hence encourage them to visit their doctor / hospital for a check-up. If the patient was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease, the doctor/hospital would benefit by the prescription/sale of medicines that the patient would have to take.
Technical Challenge
The technical challenge was in the area of illustration - to visualise a middle-aged Superman and to get all the background colours right.
