The campaign showcases long-distance telephonic conversations. Here we’ve used jokes that the locals commonly use to make people go all nerves. The fun here is that these jokes are being used in long-distance calls. Adding up to the entertainment is the fact that these calls are being made to random, unknown numbers, which is evident from the conversation. All because of the fact that STD is now as cheap as Rupee 1. The campaign cuts instant ice with its target consumers. And was a huge hit. So much so that people actually started dialing random STD numbers and amused people with these jokes. For the client it resulted in increased number of calls. Well, what else could we’ve demanded from a campaign. Consumers happy. Agency happy. Client happy. No jokes!
Objective
To inform the consumers that S.T.D call rates on Reliance have dipped as low as Re.1 per call.
