Brief explanation:
Our main character, a middle-aged man working in a metal workshop waits for the clock to strike 11am. As soon as the hand points to 11, the man hops on his bicycle and we can see how anxious he is to get somewhere. Soon we see him relaxed and cycling back to his workplace. This lunch hour episode repeats itself day after day in a faster tempo during the advertisement. Then we see the text VIAGRA. Finally, we see the man returning home to his wife during every lunch hour.
