The Gina Bachauer International Piano Competition is one of the top five competitions of its kind in the world. This poster was created to highlight that fact in an intreguing way.
Objective
The competition's biggest challenge isn’t International interest—hundreds of young pianists and music luminaries attend the week-long event when it’s held every four years. The hard part is actually filling the venues with locals. This campaign was developed to sell tickets among a group that wouldn’t expect a piano competition to be even remotely exciting.
