Breakfast Runs of 1943 / Royal Enfield
Submitted By patrick robertson
Description
An old motorbike from a forgotten era. Now available again.
Objective
The Royal Enfield store opened in Johannesburg. Our job was to get bikers excited about a motorcycle that came with the oldest motorcycle technology as standard.
Technical Challenge
Currently everybody is far more interested in the Japanese adrenaline rush of killing themselves spectacularly at 300kph instead of enjoying life one breeze at a time at a leisurely British 120kph. Granted, the Royal Enfield isn't fast. So we figured, if it can survive WW2, it can survive the rigours of your Sunday morning ride out into the benign countryside. And bring you back in one piece.
