Internaxx "Cash Cow" Cowboy / Internaxx

Amsterdam Worldwide, the international full-service advertising and branding agency, has created a new global TV campaign for Internaxx, the online offshore bank for international and expatriate investors. Internaxx is based in Luxembourg and is a joint-venture between TD Waterhouse and Fortis.
The campaign is designed to increase brand awareness and drive viewers to the Internaxx website (www.internaxx.lu). Amsterdam Worldwide is positioning Internaxx as the smart choice for international investors and offshore banking.
The commercial features Hank, the “Cash Cow” cowboy, who is seen on his ranch reminiscing about the old days of investments when middlemen traditionally dealt with offshore investments. While practicing his lassoing skills Hank laments the past but observes that Internaxx has made things “a darned sight easier” now he only needs a computer to trade.
The target audience is active offshore investors who are knowledgeable, independent and looking for opportunities on international markets. The spots will appear on CNBC Europe, CNBC Asia, Bloomberg TV Europe, and online on financial websites and websites for expatriate investors.
Since Amsterdam Worldwide was appointed by Internaxx in 2003 its client base has grown significantly and the company has become a leader in its market with a 10% of market share. Furthermore, independent research shows Internaxx has higher brand awareness than some of some of the world’s largest financial institutions.
