This submission is the webisodic component of the Finagle a Bagel advertising campaign. Each webisode highlights the passion and dedication of 5 Finagle factory workers share for making Finagle bagels. This client is a first time advertiser and the campaign's intended purpose is to grow their wholesale business.
Objective
Mason Street Creative was tasked with developing a campaign that worked in both traditional and non traditional media that could break through creatively, yet, not break the bank for the client's wholesale bagel business. Through a series of conversations and a visit to the factory, the agency and client marketing partnership drew their inspiration from those memorable work-based sitcoms like Taxi and Cheers.
Technical Challenge
The 5 commercials/webisodes were shot in the actual client's bagel factory which is a huge and intricate array of ovens, conveyor belts, bagel cutting machines, bagel packaging machines and other bagel related equipment that provided both a challenge and an opportunity directorially.
