Sunplay Tanning Tattoo / Mentholatum

Description
Our submission is a Tattoo sticker that was developed to convince sun lovers in a fun and memorable way of the power of SunPlay tanning products and how their high level of SPF and UV protection allows people to play in the sun without worrying about getting burned.
Objective
Build a stronger emotional bond with sun lovers and drive sales by increasing brand relevance among them.
Technical Challenge
The challenge was to first develop a unique Tattoo sticker design in a hypoallergenic format that would not irritate the skin and remain firmly fixed to deliver the effect we wanted. Next we had to distribute the stickers to people directly at point of purchase in an attractive way that would encourage people to pick up the product and try out the stickers. The stickers proved popular and helped identify Sun Players as part of a unique family. After playing and tanning in the sun, the Sun Players could remove the stickers from their skin leaving a beautiful mark: unique proof that SunPlay enabled them to play and tan in the sun without burning.
