15 second holiday spot, refreshing in that it shows the joy of receiving and playing a musical instrument.
Objective
The goal was to avoid shouting and get people to give the noble gift – music – instead of the latest and greatest technology which will soon be forgotten or obsolete.
Technical Challenge
There was no money. The agency team found the musicians, shot the performances and edited the takes into spots. This commercial, featuring Huck, aired on Saturday Night Live and in just a few days, had over 60,000 views on YouTube.
