Despite the warnings, texting and driving continues to be a growing problem, especially among teens and young adult drivers. While a lot of people are talking about the dangers, there is very little conversation about the impact this growing epidemic is having on families and communities. FocusDriven is an organization founded by families that have felt the devastating effects of distracted driving first hand. We wanted to create work that would allow FocusDriven to grab people’s attention and start a new conversation. One that talks about the thousands of lives a single text can affect.
Objective
The business objective for this campaign is to get as many people talking about the dangers of texting while driving as we can, and ultimately to stop the potentially deadly practice altogether.
Technical Challenge
The technical challenge was simply getting the arrangements into uniform and recognizable shapes. There was quite a bit of tweaking that went on before we even turned the camera on.
