Venu (formerly Notes Live) launched the "The Stock That Rocks” campaign to empower music fans by giving them the opportunity to purchase shares in the company, bringing them into the future of the live music industry. Central to the campaign was a new visual identity that reflected the brand’s evolution and its mission to revolutionize concert venues with state-of-the-art technology and unmatched fan experiences.

We created a new logo and refreshed brand look, adaptable across channels, from campaign materials and investor communications to fan-facing touchpoints. Bold messaging and dynamic visuals reinforced the idea that fans could not only enjoy concerts but also own a stake in the company delivering them.

The campaign promoted fan ownership in Venu’s public stock, NYSE AMERICAN: VENU, while raising capital to expand the company’s amphitheaters and support future growth in the live music space. The communications challenge was to encourage music fans, rather than traditional investors, to see stock ownership as a way to participate in a cultural movement.

Through storytelling, personal messages from founder JW, and emotional appeals about music culture, we tied the identity system directly to Venu’s purpose. By showcasing state-of-the-art venues and fan-centric features like immersive experiences and acoustic innovation, the unified look and feel made clear that buying stock meant joining a movement to keep music culture in the hands of the fans.
