About the Work
Purpose: Create awareness of Human Trafficking in the state of Florida as a problem that is not exclusive to third world countries. It's a problem that is happening right here and we can't see it. Target: Concerned Floridians 18 to 55.
Placement: Through out the state of Florida in neighborhood stores where most people buy everyday goods. The idea was to be where the locals go since it's the neighbors that notice change in their own neighborhoods. Also the slaves themselves, which are in many cases allowed to go out but are threatened so they are afraid to escape.
