Description

At first glance, the beautiful shapes and phenomena produced by nature may seem complex and unrepeatable. Still, an observation of their mechanisms reveals that have regularity and are a combination of simple rules. And they can be artificially reproduced through programming by understanding them mathematically.

As graphic designers, we focused on the visual beauty of nature shapes and attempted to develop new graphic expressions that incorporate this.
We conducted extensive research on nature shapes and nature phenomena and succeeded in developing a “design tool using nature algorithms” that has made it possible to reproduce many kinds of nature shapes and phenomena.

We used this tool to control nature phenomena at will, to design original typography, and to develop the rules of the natural world into a medium of “letters” unique to the human world.

We have succeeded in perfecting a new technique to transform the beauty of nature into design.
